Welding Consumables
The Avesta Welding is one of the largest producers of welding consumable and pickling products for stainless steel and special alloy in Europe.
Avesta Welding quality system is approved by BS1 in accordance with ISO 9002, EN 29002, BS 5750 Part 2. The certificate No. is FM 20031.

| P5 AC / DC |
It is an overalloyed welding consumables intended for welding stainless steel 316/316L to carbon steel or low-alloy steel.

| 308L MVR AC / DC |
It is primarily used for welding low-carbon steel of the type ASTM 304 and 304L.
|
| 309L AC / DC |
It is highly alloyed welding consumables and is used for welding 304/304L stainless steel to carbon steel or low-alloy steel.

| 316L SKR AC / DC |
It is recommended in projects where the requirements for resistance to intergranular corrosion are high, i.e. for welding type 316L steel.

| 347 MVNB AC / DC |
It is used for welding titanium and niobium - stabilized steel of the ASTM 347 types.
|
| 310 AC / DC |
It is highly recommended for welding the corresponding heat resisting steel grades (ASTM 310S).

| Avesta Welding MOLYDROP 960 |
It can identify 316 stainless steel in just a few minutes because it can analyze the main_text of molibidenium (MO) of AISI 316 stainless steel, which is not found in grade 304.

| Avesta Welding PICKLING GEL 122 |
It cleans weld seam after welding. It removes superficial micro slag which may irritate a local corrosion attack. The pickling process accelerates the rebuilding of the chromium oxide layer that is damaged by working operations such as welding, blasting, cutting and forming.
